How long will my order take?
Production time varies per product.
For ready to ship items such as stickers, cards, and bookmarks, the production time is typically 3-7 business days.
For custom work such as personalized labels, the production time is 4-7 business days.
For made to order items in which I work with a print shop to manufacture such as shirts, mugs, notebooks, planners, books and journals, the production time can be up to 1-3 weeks. If my production time is running longer than usual, my most up to date production time will be posted at the banner at the top of my website.
I work as fast as I can to get orders out, but at any point if you’d like to know when it will ship just send me a message and I’ll get back to you! :)

When will I get my order?

Please note that with the ongoing pandemic, USPS has been experiencing delays in getting packages delivered within their normal timeframe (both First Class and Priority), and I am unable to offer guaranteed delivery dates right now. Please be prepared for a possible significant delay once your order has been shipped. Thank you!

Shipping times vary. Please note that sometimes the postal service runs into delays which unfortunately is out of my control once the package leaves my hands.

USA First class packages: 2-6 business days
Canada First class packages: 10-15 business days
Europe First class packages: 12-20+ business days

International packages can take 2-4+ weeks to get delivered depending on the postal carrier and customs within your country.

Do you offer returns?
Non Personalized Products (Stickers, Notebooks, Magnets, Bookmarks, etc.): If there is an issue with your purchase, you can email me at within 7 business days of receiving your order. I will issue refunds on products shipped back to me in the same condition as they were sent. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels.

Apparel: Refunds are not available for these products.

Personalized Items (Labels): Refunds are not available for these products.

Digital Downloads: Refunds are not available for these products.


Can I cancel or pause my monthly club subscription?
Yes, you can do both! You can do so by logging into your account, and select "Manage Your Subscription"
