Refund Policy
I have a refund policy of 7 days. You will have 7 days to contact me from when you received your order to let me know you'd like a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
To let me know you'd like to start a return, please email me at hello@emilycromwelldesigns.com or fill out our contact form page and once your return request is accepted, it can be sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Please do not send me a return without first contacting me as it will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for a refund include all apparel (as these are made to order), personalized items, monthly clubs or subscription boxes, digital downloads, gift cards, mystery grab bags, and sale items.
I am unable to offer exchanges on apparel due to these items being made to order.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.
